Evaluation of the Keeping Us Together: Mothers on Remand Parenting Program
The department requires an external contractor or consortia to conduct an implementation and early outcomes evaluation of the Keeping Us Together: Mothers on Remand Parenting Program.
The scope of the evaluation includes:
• Designing an evaluation framework in close consultation with key stakeholders.
• Examining the implementation of the pilot program (What is working well? What innovations have been implemented? What are the key challenges?).
• Examining the effectiveness of the pilot program in achieving intended outcomes.
Findings from this evaluation will be used to inform future investment decisions about the commissioning of parenting programs in Queensland prisons. Implementation learnings will also support continuous improvement in service delivery over the course of the trial and inform future policy and program design.
Request for Clarification Cut Off: 2pm AEST Tuesday 15 October 2019.
