Nundah SS SIE Refurbishment Program

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a refurbishment project at Nundah State School, located at 163 Buckland Rd, Nundah QLD 4012 as part of the Schools Infrastructure Enhancement Program.


The project includes;
- Refurbishment of Tuckshop/Canteen
- Refurbishment of Outdoor Learning Area and landscaping
- Civil remediation works to existing retaining wall
- Works to be conducted under a Heritage Excemption Certificate


All works are to be completed by 17 April 2020


Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M


QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
