  • The Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy (DNRME) has taken responsibility of the site. The department of Environment and Science (DES) continues to provide environmental support to DNRME.

  • Their main technician Gary Hall has been and still is a witness for our ongoing Linc related prosecution (defendants committed to trial in March - trial date at District Court to be set)
  • Gary Hall has expertise but was not initially engaged independently as an expert – his expertise in the bore gas sampling process has been noted and tested in court and he has developed fit for purpose sampling procedures that are documented and is continually used to maintain consistency in the gas sampling process to align with our engaged experts who interpret said results separately.
  • This contract will be funded from Linc Energy/UCG CBRC project funding and is expected to cost up to $30,000.
  • We require soil gas monitoring at locations within and surrounding the former UCG Bloodwood Creek project site approximately 40kmwest of Dalby in southern Queensland.
