| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Roof Replacement of the existing Block B roof at The Aspley Special School, located at 751 Zillmere Rd, Aspley QLD 4034 as part of the targeted maintenance program.
The roof replacement works includes the demolition of fascias and box gutters, installing a new external gutter and downpipe system, replacing all roof sheeting and re-pitching the existing roof where possible.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
