| The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for refurbishment works of the Resource building at Centenary State High School. The works include the Design and Construction of the following:
• Remove existing ceiling tiles
• Remove floor finishes
• Demolition of existing walls
• New operable walls
• New internal walls
• New auto sliding door at entry
• New external wall
• Glazing to GLA internals
• Installation of various bookshelf units
• Fixed furniture
• New carpet tile and vinyl
• New kitchen
• Reinstate existing projection systems to GLA’s
• Existing air-conditioning plant to be re-used
• Electrical, communications, fire services and security design as per DoE Design Standards.
