| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Administration
Extension at Woodford State School, located at 171 Archer Street, Woodford Qld 4514 as part of a School Direct Funded
Project.
The extension includes a new staff meeting room, two new offices and an archive store. The position of the building is at the
front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by July 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
