The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an administration refurbishment at Coopers Plains State School, located at 61 Orange Grove Rd, Coopers Plains QLD 4108 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
The works include refurbishments to several staff and administration spaces, as well as the construction of a DDA compliant access ramp. The position of the buildings is at the front of the school on the Orange Grove Road frontage. All works are to the ramp portion are to be completed by 30 June 2020. The balance of the works must be completed by end July 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works – it is anticipated a minimum QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
