| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of new swimming pool amenities at Ithaca Creek State School, located at 49 Lugg Street, Bardon Queensland 4065.
The works include the demolition of existing pool amenities and shed as well as removal and trimming of existing trees and construction of new pool amenities and new shed. All works are to be completed by 25 September 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) Builder’s Licence will be required for this project.
