The NQ Strata Title Inspection Program is a three year project (now part way through delivery) that includes the development and application of an inspection and assessment program for Body Corporate properties in North Queensland.
The program aims to improve the information available about a property’s susceptibility to weather damage and options to make properties more resilient.
The Program has a longer term objective to leave an ongoing legacy of more resilient Strata Title properties, which will reduce cyclone impacts, and recovery time of communities. Inspections of Body Corporate properties are undertaken by a panel of inspectors, servicing the target area from Rockhampton to Torres Straits.
James Cook University (JCU) is the program manager and through this tender seeks appropriately qualified inspectors to supplement the existing inspector panel. Tenderers are requested to submit a response for the area they are able to service within this region. JCU is unable to guarantee how much work (if any) will be offered to successful respondents.
