About The JCU Technology Innovation Complex (TIC)
The TIC is a key element of the JCU strategy to be a leading tertiary education institution.
The TIC site is currently encumbered by major utilities networks servicing the Townsville campus. This project is aimed at clearing the site to facilitate construction of the TIC and associated facilities in addition to providing infrastructure services for the proposed Townsville Student Accommodation (TSA) project.
