Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Housing and Public Works) to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. QGP0059-19 for the provision of Legal Services. The purpose of this Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to seek offers from Suppliers who possess the capabilities and experience to provide legal services as described in this ITO, with a view to entering into Standing Offer Arrangements with successful Suppliers for the benefit of Eligible Customers implement a whole-of-Government legal services panel that offers an industry relevant and customer preferred supply model, enabling the delivery of legal services through a diverse Supplier base and simple engagement methods.
The panel will cover all legal services that are not tied to Crown Law.
It is anticipated that the legal services panel will be established to cover the following 8 areas of law and one service area:

Property, Planning and Environment
Corporate and Commercial
Workplace and Industrial
Information and Communications Technology and Intellectual Property
Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Health Law
Public Law
Service Area (Legal Resources)

The briefing session will be held on Friday 11 October 2019 in Brisbane CBD. Suppliers must register to attend this briefing. Please refer to Part A Invitation to Offer, clause 1.8.
