| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of an administration extension and refurbishment at Gladstone South State School, located at 153 Toolooa Street, South Gladstone QLD 4680.
The works include the demolition of some internal asbestos walls, extending the building under the existing undercroft area, new reception, student services areas and a light refurbishment of the existing spaces. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 28 August 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
