Evaluation of New and Enhanced Service Responses to Youth Sexual Violence and Abuse
The Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women (DCSYW) requires an external contractor or consortia to undertake an evaluation to examine the implementation and effectiveness of the Youth Sexual Violence and Abuse (YSVA) Services in the five locations in addition to the Training and Mentoring Service.
The main objectives of the evaluation are to:
- assess the extent to which the YSVA services are being implemented in line with objectives and good practice
- assess the short to medium-term outcomes achieved by the YSVA services
- assess the appropriateness of the service model in meeting the needs of users from diverse backgrounds
- assess the effectiveness of the training and mentoring service
Findings from this evaluation will be used to inform future investment decisions. Implementation learnings will also support continuous quality improvement in service delivery. Request for Clarification Cut Off: 2pm Qld Time, 25 March 2020
