Since 2013, The Public Trustee of Queensland (PTQ) has been conducting annual customer satisfaction surveys of persons for whom the Public Trustee acts as a Financial Administrator and their carers, and beneficiaries of deceased estates. This was expanded to beneficiaries or their guardians of Trusts in 2018. The purpose of the surveys is to gain an understanding and insight of the customer’s satisfaction in the delivery and administration of our service
