| JCU is seeking quotes in accordance with the below and the attached documentation:
Maintain the operation of the five (5) chain hoists as per manufacturer recommendations.
Maintain the operation of the two (2) Vehicle hoists as per manufacturer recommendations.
Maintain the operation of the five (5) Tonne Morris crane as per manufacturer recommendations.
Maintain the under hook equipment as per manufacturer recommendations.
Repairs are to be based on a cost-plus % mark-up for materials and labour
The maintenance interval will be quarterly (four (4) inspections per year)
The term of this maintenance contract will be three (3) years with two (2) extension options of 12 months (at JCU discretion)
