Mine water dam electrical works
Complete electrical upgrade works in accordance with the site inspections carried out at the Wolfram Mine Water Dam on 18 December 2019 and 31 March 2020 and Haz-Elec Industries Pty Ltd quote number DNRM-3420.
As measured and agreed during the site inspections, supply and install as below.
Mobilisation to site from Cairns and return and accommodation as required;
Complete all required paperwork and conduct onsite inductions;
Remove all redundant cabling from the trees;
Supply and install seventy-five star pickets to support cable tray;
Supply and install box section to the star pickets to mount cable tray;
Supply and install approximately 160 meters of 150mm cable tray and lid;
Supply and install a 50mm cable from the new change overboard to the new control board for the MWD pumps;
Supply and install a new stand near the generator to support the change overboard;
Supply and install a new mains/generator change overboard with a 125-amp manual change over switch, two 80-amp main switches for generator and mains, one 63-amp circuit breaker and one 20-amp circuit breaker to feed the pumps;
Supply and install a new control board at the MWD pumps with two 35 KW WEG VSD drives, two 63 amp contactors, two overloads with a setting between 46 and 67 amps, run and fault indication lights, start and stop buttons, a pump selector switch, a red strobe light on the top of the board to indicate a fault;
Fit off all cables and supply anaconda cover as required;
Conduct all mandatory electrical testing as per AS3000-2018;
Install all lid to cable tray;
Sign off paperwork and permits; and
Clean up work area.
