View Contract Details

This contact is for the installation of 6240 m2 of bituminous liner across the existing PAF waste rock cell within the PS2 area of site.

Works are to be undertaken on a schedule of rates (resource and time) basis.

Inclusions:

1. Site inspections prior to commencement of liner placement, to assess subgrade and general site conditions, familiarisation, planning and to coordinate mobilisation.
2. Development of method statements and safety documentation outlining risk management measures to be implemented, to the satisfaction of the Customer.
3. Provision of spreader bar and spindles to enable mobile equipment handling of the bituminous liner rolls, in addition to all other hand tools and equipment necessary to place, weld and test the liner (see exclusion c)
4. Suitably skills and experienced labour to undertake placement of the bituminous liner in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and agreed technical specifications.
5. Provision of quality control and quality assurance (QAQC) activities throughout the works, in accordance with the Inspection Testing Plan (ITP), including an as constructed documentation pack.

Exclusions:

1. All earthworks, including the excavation and backfilling of any anchor trench for the liner, will be carried out by others. The Supplier may provide comment and recommendation to the Customer regarding quality and performance of earthworks, however the Customer is ultimately responsible for the earthworks and any associated adverse impacts to the liner.
2. Bituminous liner will be purchased directly by the Client.
3. Capping of the liner with local soil materials post installation and welding.
4. IT Loader and operator will be provided by the Customer, in addition to reasonable use of existing site facilities and amenities.
