CAT Loader Repairs

The Wolfram Camp Mine is located 25km north west of Dimbulah, and is classified as an Abandoned Mine. Subsequently care and maintenance of the site is carried out by Technical Services within the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy (DNRME).

Authorisation to carry out care and maintenance and rehabilitation activities is provided to DNRME Authorised Officers through provision of the Mineral Resources Act 1989 Section 344A.

The site currently has a CAT 960H Loader used periodically as part of Care & Maintenance activities by site operators. 

Undertake activities required to close out actions (non-compliances) which have been identified through a plant risk assessment on 27/02/2020 reference 16370 20200227-1156. These activities include both servicing and repairs.

Mechanical works will be carried out directly by Heavy Diesel Mareeba, while electrical works will be subcontracted (but be coordinated and invoiced through Heavy Diesel Mareeba).

Works will be undertaken at Heavy Diesel Mareeba workshop. Transportation of equipment between the Suppliers workshop and Customers site is to be arranged and paid by the Customer.

Man hours for installation based on upper end estimate however will be invoiced based on actuals.

Additional servicing may be required or requested under this contract, to be carried out in line with original equipment manufacturer requirements.
