The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for DHPW101576 Google Analytics Platform for Smart Service Queensland.

Smart Service Queensland (SSQ) utilises the capability and flexibility of the Google Cloud and Marketing Platform to evaluate and report on usage and engagement across all Queensland Government (QGov) owned websites and apps.
SSQ currently has a robust whole-of-government digital measurement solution that enables stakeholders to conduct increasingly complex reporting and analysis within large open data environments.
Google Analytics 360 (GA360), a key product within the Google Marketing Platform suite, enables Queensland Online (QoL) to:
• Track customer behaviour online across www.qld.gov.au, agency websites, open data and publications, and self-service kiosks.
• Analyse insights into volumes, demographics, location, device use and referrals, the use of online forms and services, identify website issues and visualise online uptake.
Many Queensland Government agencies currently have access to GA360 for internal reporting, including tracking specific campaigns and interactions. It provides insightful data on what customers are doing online and assists agencies to better deliver their services to customers. QoL provides GA360 to all Queensland Government agencies as a Whole-of-Government solution.
The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:
o Reliable software licensing & support to assist SSQ in achieving business outcomes;
o Sound commercial and contractual arrangements for a Google Analytics solution and support services;
o Achieving Value for Money;
o Enhancing government priorities and supporting key Government ICT modernisation objectives; and
o Ensuring probity and accountability for outcomes.
