Park Maintenance
A regular mowing and garden maintenance service with additional services being employed during spring and summer seasons, including, inter alia, edging boundaries and pathways, blow-cleaning paths, garden weeding, trimming shrubbery, pruning small trees, general rubbish collection and disposal, reporting of any maintenance and/or misuse of on-site facilities, and repairing and replacing boundary fences.
The current service frequencies are understood to vary from month to month:
January to March: 1 service every 3 weeks;
April to May: 1 service every month;
June to August: 2 services every 6 weeks;
September and October: 1 service every month; and
November and December: 1 service every 3 weeks.
If mowing/maintenance is not required at the pre-determined interval, this will be discussed for agreement between the Customer and Supplier to reschedule relevant services.
