This Request for Tender is for an experienced locally based capital works project management organisation to provide full Principal’s Representative and Project Management services for the proposed Townsville Student Accommodation (TSA) project to be constructed on the James Cook University (JCU) Townsville Campus
The proposed procurement strategy for the TSA project is a Managing Contractor Model, with the design team novating on completion of Schematic Design (SD). The timing and continuation of the project post schematic design stage is dependent on JCU securing Federal and State funding through agencies including NAIF and Queensland Treasury.
