Replacement of Fire Dampers - Parliament House and Annexe Buildings
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking submissions for the replacement of existing fire dampers throughout Parliament House and the Parliament Annexe building.
The requirements specifically include:
field verify quantities, installation orientation, and any any other special considerations with the appropriate action based upon Australian standards;
provide notice and gain approval for disconnection of live service;
proper removal, replacement, decommissioning of existing fire dampers, associated hardware and making good; and
installation of approprate firedampers, associated hardware and builder's works.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, site inspections will be by appointment only and limited to 45 minutes maximum. Please call Mr. Alan Berrie on 3553 6263 to arrange an inspection time.
