The State of Queensland through the Department of Transport and Main Roads (“Eligible Customer”) is inviting tenders for the above-mentioned works.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
• Partial internal demolition
• Supply and install temporary works including amenities and safety barricades
• Supply and install new mezzanine floor and staircase
• Supply materials and construct shaft for low rise, non-hydraulic lift
• Supply and fit hydraulic, electric and fire protection services to new and altered areas
• Supply, construct, fit out and finish new kitchen, amenities and office spaces,
• Supply, construct and install framework and new external aluminium framed windows
