| REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AQ 001/2021 - Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts (JWCoCA) Interior Water Damage Remeditation (the Project) - AQ Project Code CB343.
RFQ is issued to Contractors in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Building Services Part B, SOA Reference Number AQ040/2017.
The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Environment and Science acting through Arts Queensland (the Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably pre-qualified (PQC System level 3 minimum) building contractors to undertake the remediation works of various interior water damaged affected areas of JWCoCA.
A single Head Contractor with the appropriate QBCC license and PQC Level 3 will be appointed to deliver the scope of works using appropriately skilled/certified key personnel and major sub-contractors. The detailed scope of works are set out in the RFQ and supporting tender documents.

Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) and Site Inspection applies to this RFQ and attendance is mandatory - refer applicable MIB & Site Inspection section of the RFQ. Tenderers Note: Due to
