| The State of Queensland (actign through Economic Development Queensland) is seeking proposals for the provision of Design and Construction Services for the Gold Coast Health & Knowledge Precint located at 1 Parklands Drive, Southport.
The Precinct is expanding and undergoing a number of new embellishments across the site, consisting of the following key packages:
- New Car Park
- Intersection Upgrade
- Landscaping Enhancement
** Mandatory site inspection to be held on 4th March 2020, time TBC. Tenderers are required to register their attendance by sending an email to procurement@dsdmip.qld.gov.au, to the attention: Florine Vega-Hughes.
NB: Additional documentation to be released on Monday 24 February 2020.
