RE: Physics Refurbishment -1.04 (N44), Nathan campus
You are invited to submit a Fee Proposal to undertake Quantity Surveyor Services in connection with the above project.
The scope of the services required is outlined in Schedule 1 of the enclosed Griffith University Standard Conditions of Appointment for Consultants.
Please ensure that you carefully peruse all documents provided with this letter of invitation to ensure that you are fully informed of the intended scope of the project, and that you understand the Conditions of Appointment and the extent of required services which will apply to this commission.
You are required to submit completed Schedules 3 and 4, together with any other information requested, to me no later than 1.00 p.m. on Friday the 27 March 2020 via the QTenders 2644160336BFEESQS link associated with this project. Proposals submitted by any other means or copied to any GU staff member, will be rejected.
Please note that the fees for this project will be assessed against the following criteria:
- Skills, Expertise and Experience of Nominated Key Personnel.
- i.e. proposed team experience versus applicable scope not organisation experience. Tenderers are to make distinction in submission
- Degree of accuracy from similar type Pre-Tender Cost Assessment in comparison to Post-Tender Costs, this is to be demonstrated by examples of past experience.
- Fee Submission and returnable details as per schedules.
Note that there is potential that the project commence as far as the funding allows. Therefore, Griffith University shall be subject to no penalties for this action and Tenderers are to clearly identify individual stages of engagement.
