The Queensland Parliamentary Services is seeking proposals for the fitout of the Waterford Electorate Office located at Shops 12-14, Waterford Shopping Centre, 22 Loganlea Road, Waterford West.
Depending on requirements these services specifically include:
demolition of the existing internal fitout
provision of secure waiting room, meeting room, office spaces and storeroom
provision of a kitchenette and PWD compliant toilet, and
staff relocation necessary to allow completion of the works.
