Upper Coomera State College Block F & G Refurbishment with design responsibility
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the for the refurbishment of Block F & Block G at Upper Coomera State College located at 137 Reserve Rd, Upper Coomera QLD 4209 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).
This project includes installation of an operable wall, rectification of rooms, replacement of existing lighting and fans, mechanical works and a general redresh of finishes.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
