| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Oval Refurbishment Works at North Lakes State College, located at Joyner Cct, North Lakes QLD 4509 as part of a school direct funded project.
The works comprises of but is not limited to ground preparation, importing topsoil, turfing and turf consolidation to the existing Oval at North Lakes State College. All works are to be completed by 21 December 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum appropriate QBBC licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
