This is a consumption based contract and as such no milestones are included.
There is a contract management plan that includes a contract owner, contract manager and contract administrator to assist with organising meetings and reviewing performance against service levels. The management of the performance and supplier will commence once the PIaas solution has been fully implemented across DJAG.
