The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of PWD Access Ramps at Wellers Hill State School, located at 190 Toohey Rd, Tarragindi QLD 4121 as part of the Education 4 All (Ed4All) program.
The works include generally; construction of two new access ramps and a compliant walkway, and the demolition of an existing shed structure and minor landscaping improvements. All works are to be completed by January 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works,
- Professional Indemnity Insurance for the tendering entity to the value of $1 Million.
