Origin Bohle Safety Case Safety Assessment
Origin Energy LPG Ltd [Origin Energy] is licenced under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Queensland) to operate the Townsville LPG Terminal, a Tier 1 major hazard facility.
It is mandated for all major hazard facilities to be licensed by the Queensland Government, in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011.
To meet the mandated legislative timeframes for licensing it is proposed that the assessment of the Origin Townsville major hazard facility license renewal application be completed by a third-party service provider.
