Holland Park State High School Block J Refurbishment
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the rectification and refurbishment of the Block J building at Holland Park State High School, located at Bapaume Road, Holland Park Qld 4121 as part of the Refurbishment and Rectification (R&R) Program.
The scope of works generally comprises of the structural repair and rectification works to the existing lower ground level of Block J including replacing the internal slab and installing new bored piers in areas with restricted working space. The refurbishment works comprise of upgrading the existing amenities and external works to create new terrace seating. All works are to be completed by February 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
