| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Air Conditioning System to the existing Performing Arts Hall at Banksia Beach State School, located at 133 Sunderland Dr, Banksia Beach QLD
4507 as part of a School Direct Funded Project.
The position of the existing Performing Arts Halls is located along the Eastern Boundary of the school with adequate site access and working space. All works are to be completed by October 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services including Limited Design) licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with
the contract.
