The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Roof Replacement at Beaudesert State School, located at 15-17 Tina St, Beaudesert QLD 4285 as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.
The work generally include relocation of all mechanical plant from the roof, making good to all existing roof penetrations and a full roof replacement to Block R (Special Education Unit). All works are to be completed by January 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance for the tendering entity to the value of $1 Million.
