The Queensland Government (acting through the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning is seeking Proposals for  the developtment of the Townsville Southern Industrial Corridor Proponent Identification Strategy – Stage 1. 

Proposals are sought from appropriately qualified advisors to deliver the ‘Townsville Southern Industrial Corridor Proponent Identification Strategy: Stage 1 - Strategic Analysis’ (“the Services”).

The purpose is to inform the Townsville Industrial Development Board of potential industrial land investors and promote the advantages of Townsville’s industrial land offering to them.

The objective is to foster strategic and sustainable industrial investment in Townsville’s Southern Industrial Corridor.
