| The Queensland Government acting through Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure adn Planning on behalf of Economic Development Queensland is seeking Proposals for - the Design & construction of "The Harmony Plaza" outdoor communal and collaborative space including landscape feature elements, embellishments and a bespoke fit for purpose ‘whispering chair’ element.
BACKGROUND - Gold Coast Health & Knowledge Precinct is expanding and undergoing a number of new embellishments across the site, consisting of the following packages located across the areas as detailed below:
- Harmony Plaza (located in the Main Park)
SCOPE OF WORKS -
Harmony Plaza Project consisting of:
- Minor Civil & Electrical
- Landscaping
- Exterior Furniture and Bespoke feature elements
SITE INSPECTION - Wednesday 18th March 2020- Between 10:00am & 11:00am - Site Contact will be Clay Kudla
CLOSING DATE - Offers must be lodged by 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time on WEDNESDAY 25 March 2020
