The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Administration Building at Algester State School located on 19 Endiandra Street, Algester QLD 4115.
The scope of works comprises of the demolition of internal walls to create a new reception, public entry, offices, staff areas and amenities including all new flooring, joinery, electrical, hydraulics and painting. All works are to be completed by end of March 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with an appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
