The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of four classrooms in Block H at Bremer State High School, located at 133/153 Warwick Road, Ipswich QLD 4305 as part of the Emergent Minimum Requirement (EMR) program.
The work includes the removal and replacement of operable walls, new finishes, new air conditioning, fittings, joinery and plumbing as well as new equipment for the SEP spaces in Block H. Installation of the operable wall framework is key to achieving programme requirements. All works are to be completed by 22 January 2021
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
