REQUEST FOR OFFER – PERFORMANCE BASED COMPREHENSIVE LIFT MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (QUT SITES) – RFO # 2304.0
Queensland University of Technology wishes to invite your company to submit a request for offer response for the provision of routine preventive maintenance services and ad-hoc/ corrective maintenance services for a total of 95 passenger lifts and hoists installed at the University.
Tenders are being sought based on 6 x separable portions. Contract award will be on a separable portion basis. The same company may be awarded a contract for multiple separable portions.
The proposed term of the contract shall be for an initial period of three (3) years with one (1) x 2 (two) year extension option at the discretion of the University ie the contract has a maximum term of five (5) years.. It is anticipated that this contract will be formally awarded in late October 2020 with a contract start date of 1 December 2020..
Prospective Tenderers are required to attend tender briefing/ site inspections (Wed/ Thurs 23/24 September 2020) as previously arranged and confirmed with your company.
Tender Activation Date – Thursday, 24 September 2020
Tender Closing Date – Thursday, 15 October 2020 at 1:00 PM (Brisbane Local Time)
