Ormeau SS Block 1 Roof Replacement with design responsibility
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the replacement of the existing roof on Block 1 at Ormeau State School located on Mirambeena Drive, Pimpama QLD 4209 as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program.
The scope comprises full roof replacement with a reptich of the single story building, including all associated rain watergoods, fixtures & fittings. All works are to be completed by 15 January 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
