Queensland Health is seeking offers for licensing and support for Australian Refined Diagnosis Related Groups (AR-DRG) grouping software.
This invitation to offer (ITO) includes requirements for:
- enterprise licensing;
- performance metrics, KPIs and service levels;
- support obligations, including updates;
- an initial proof-of-concept activity in Queensland Health's environment, integrating with an incumbent enterprise program.
This ITO does not include clinical coding look-up tools/'eBooks'.

All clarification questions regarding this ITO are to be emailed to the nominated Enquiries officer, by the closing date and time stipulated in the ITO documentation.
Update 9 July 2020: Answers for suppliers' clarification questions have been uploaded in a new document, available for download from QTenders.
Update 20 July 2020: It has been brought to our attention Section 1 of the ITO refers to Sections 3A, 3B and 3C for responding to the Requirements. These references are in error and all the Requirements to respond to are in the Section 3 of the Response Schedules that was made available originally in this ITO.
