RoadTek are required to undertake reconstruction of a 3.5km section along the Hervey Range Developmental Road 83A.
The project includes:
- Shoulder widening, temporary seal, 10mm AMC7, including spreading and supply of cover aggregate.
- Temporary sacrificial seal on 'improved layer', prior to paving the base layer. 10mm AMC7, including spreading and supply of cover aggregate.
- Initial 14mm Seal Class AMC7.
- Spreading and supply of cover aggregate, 14mm.
- 10mm First Coat Seal Class S0.3B.
- Spreading and supply of cover aggregate, 10mm.
- Supply and addition of adhesion agent.
RoadTek require the seal works to be completed in the period of February-July 2021.
