Griffith University is seeking Proposals for the Electricity Metering Project 2020.

This project aims to provide remote monitored metering installation of buildings and spaces within Griffith University on Nathan, South Bank, Logan and Gold Coast campuses.

The scope of work for this project includes supply, install and commissioning of all necessary electrical equipment to enable remote commissioning by GU staff.

High-level requirements:

• Serial communications capability (for EDMI/tenancy meters)
• MODBUS communications capability (for Schneider and CET meters).
• Internal data-logging capability (to mitigate network outage risks) for EDMI/tenancy meters.
• Product supply, installation, commissioning and support during the 12 months DLP.
• Compliance with relevant Australian Standards and Griffith University latest design guidelines for communication and electrical wiring.
• This project must be completed with defects rectified and invoice submitted before the 30^th November 2020.

Interested parties are required to attend a mandatory site visit.
