Operational Labour
The Supplier is to provide manpower, via labour hire agreement, to carry out care and maintenance activities at the Wolfram Camp Mine site, on an ongoing as requested basis.
Overall management of the site is the responsibility of DoR, with activities that include:
Operating water management infrastructure (pumps, evaporators)
Refuelling pumps, gensets and mobile equipment
Water sampling
Basic maintenance and monitoring activities
General site housekeeping
Any reasonable directions associated with site management and within the capability of personnel
Project or improvement activities where reasonable and within capability
Operational management of the operational care and maintenance workforce will be coordinated through the DoR site representative (currently Mark Eaton locally and Andrew Friend overall).
Resourcing requirements are expected to vary over time, so this is casual employment. Total hours per individual or collectively may increase or decrease over time. DoR will coordinate with individuals and Western Labour Hire as the need for changes arise.
