RFT0354 - Sealing – Andersen & Henry St Brooloo
Tenders are invited to establish an AS2124 contract for the reconstruction and sealing of Andersen and Henry Streets, Brooloo. The works generally include:
Lopping and chipping of trees/ vegetation within the footprint of the works
Formation earthworks
Removal of existing stormwater pipe on Henry Street at Anderson Street intersection
Installation of cross road pipe culvert
A 150mm pavement overlay of the in-situ subgrade
Reinstate existing property accesses
Full with cutback bitumen primerseal
Full width single/single spray seal
Installation of signage and road edge guide posts
Temporary erosion and sediment control treatments, during and following construction
Temporary Traffic Management
Site clean-up and demobilisation.

Suitably endorsed Tenders close at the below website address at 2pm on 28 April 2021. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.
In accordance with s288(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council. It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.
