USC is seeking to enter a contract to procure, implement and support a SaaS Learning Management System.
USC objectives for this Request for Proposal (RFP) are:
Selection of the LMS that will form the core of USC’s Digital learning and teaching environment.
Establishment of a services scope and pricing schedule for the provision of the LMS over a multi-year period, for an initial period of three years, with extension options.
Procurement of the services to establish the new LMS.
Procurement of the LMS service for the initial period of 1 year.
