The University of Queensland (UQ) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified building contractor with previous experience in design, construction and cost management to progress the design and construction of a new fine dining restaurant on the St Lucia Campus.
It is proposed that the works be procured via the staged Design & Construction Early Contractor Involvement approach to ensure UQ achieves the desired outcomes of quality, aesthetics, operations, cost-effectiveness and programme.
