Introduction
Internal Audit now seeks to engage up to four service providers to co-source services in operational, compliance, information system and security, and project auditing areas for the next (3) three years (subject to performance review) (2) two x one (1) year extensions, noting that financial auditing is not included in the scope of this tender process.
Scope of Work
For 2021, JCU IA seeks operational auditing service for four audits as listed below, with the initial, high-level audit question(s) emerged during the annual planning process being outlined under Section I of the Plan, which will inform the determination of the audit objective(s) and scope during the engagement level planning process:

For 2022 onward, the scope of services will depend on the future Annual Work Schedule driven by the University risk profile and assurance needs, subject to the annual review of the Plan; Section G: Current Internal Environment of the Plan shines light on the current JCU assurance landscape and potential auditable areas in the future, which will help service providers to gauge resources, capability and capacity required to provide broad and specialist assurance services to JCU.
