Surveying Services
The Department of Resources - Technical Services (TS) team manages the Wolfram Camp Mine (WCM) through the Abandoned Mine Lands Program (AMLP). This includes care and maintenance of the site, and where possible, site remediation.
The Customer requires periodic survey support throughout remediation planning and execution phases of work. This contract provides for a broad range of anticipated activities, however the precise timing and scope of each activity will be defined and scoped as required, throughout the contract period. Work activities under this contract will be undertaken on an as-needs and as-agreed basis between parties.
Contract Scope
Scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Aerial survey data collection (drone / lidar) and post processing
Processing and provision of deliverables including aerial imagery and contour/DEM files
In field survey pickup of key features or critical levels
Placement of design setting out pegs in the field
Calculation of cut and fill volumes (between two survey pickups)
Other general assistance, as requested, such as site layout maps.
Deliverables:
May include, but not limited to, the following:
Installation of permanent survey marks at suitable locations on request.
Phtogrammetry based point cloud (non vegetated areas only) in LAZ file format.
DTM model in GeoTIFF file format
0.2m interval contours in .DXF file format
All vector data combined in .DWG
High-resolution orthomomosaic (approximately 3.5cm/pixel) of the surveyed areas (ECW format)
